    William Jennings Bryan: One-Day Event Iowa Ribbon. 2 3/4" x 9 1/4" silk ribbon issued for a campaign appearance by Bryan in the campaign of 1896. Bow attached at top reading "16 [to] 1". Standard woodcut portrait of youthful Bryan in the center, inscribed "Ottumwa October 31, 1896. W. J. Bryan And Free Silver". Some creases and light soiling, but fine overall.
