    Description

William Henry Harrison: An Awesome, Richly Colorful 1841 Inaugural Silk Ribbon. One of the very finest ribbons in the legendary Kenton Broyles collection, it is unpictured in Sullivan and Fischer and the only example we have ever encountered. Beautiful condition. For strictest accuracy we note one light horizontal crease, easily steamed or pressed out, and two utterly trivial light bits of discoloration in the bottom corners owing to the bleed-through of glue from long-ago album mounting. The condition of this ribbon is a 9 out of 10 by any standard, and this lovely specimen ranks as one of the best early political ribbons in his ever been our privilege to present. 3" x 8".
