    Rare Harrison & Tyler 1840 Convention Ribbon. 3" x 7.5". A handsome silk ribbon for the East Fallowfield Delegation to a county convention held on June 9, 1840. The ribbon has a central image of a soldier and Harrison shaking hands outside a log cabin and is captioned "Harrison and Tyler./ A Protective Tariff:/ Encouragement of Domestic Industry/ No Reduction of Wages!!!/ Washington the Father of his country,/ Harrison a Chip Of the Old Block". With a central fold crease, otherwise in excellent condition.
