McKinley & Hobart: Republican Club Jugate Ribbon Badge. Tom Reed was a powerful Republican from Maine who was Speaker of the House. He was also a Presidential hopeful in 1896. This 2 1/2" x 10" badge was worn by members of the Philadelphia Chapter of the "Tom Reed Republican Club. Organized July 2, 1890." It features two 1 3/4" celluloid discs.
