    [Martin Van Buren]: Small New York State Broadside. 8" x 11 1/2" one-sided broadside or handbill, July 25th, 1840, Norwich, Connecticut, titled "Letter of Hon. Albert H. Tracy, To Citizens of Collins, Erie County, N.Y." Tracy was a U. S. Congressman, State Senator from New York and leading citizen of Buffalo. In this letter, he discusses his views on a National Bank vs. an Independent Treasury, as well as general views of government, from an historical perspective. Scattered light stains.
