    Description

James B. Weaver: Large, Impressive Broadside. 23.5" x 37" broadside titled "National Greenback Labor Party." It depicts their Presidential candidate in 1880, James B. Weaver, superimposed on a $1 greenback note. It is surrounded by statements of principle and planks of the National Greenback Labor Party platform ("Absolute protection to every voter, in every section, to cast his vote and have it counted so as to express his own individual opinion, unintimidated by brutality in the South or incorporated capital in the North.") Printed by the "New York Review" press in New York City and used in Clinton County, near Plattsburgh, by the Vermont border. Chipping along the left edge with one horizontal tear running across part of the name "Weaver". Obtained at an auction house in Clarence, New York. Pressure-mounted and framed to an overall size of 27.5" x 41.5". Great crossover appeal to Third Party and currency collectors. A great display item!

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
