    Description

James M. Cox: Large Dayton Notification Button.
Highly desirable 2 1/4" button with portrait of the 1920 Democratic nominee, inscribed: "Franklin County Democratic Organization Notification Day Dayton, O. Aug. 7, 1920". Cox was from Dayton which explains the chosen venue for this campaign ritual. Obviously issued in very limited numbers for a one-day event. The present example has light age, primarily along the edge, and scattered bumps. The button presents well, and would make a great centerpiece in a 1920's display.

You reach a customer base that is in many ways completely unknown to the major auction houses, and your marketing to this base is as professional as one could hope for. As I continue to wind down my holdings.
