Bryan & Stevenson: A Rare "No Trusts, No Empire" Jugate Button From the 1900 Campaign. This variety is found in both 1¼" and 1½" versions. It is surprising how much more impressive it is in this just slightly larger 1½" size. A variety that is notoriously prone to come with staining. The present example has some very minor rim staining just barely visible from the front at 3:00, 4:00, and 8:00. But the overall appearance is very bright and choice, and these trivial marks detract minimally, as the photograph shows. Note that the lettering is in blue. To our recollection, the other examples we have seen had black lettering.
