John F. Kennedy: Assorted PT-109 Items Owned by Crew-Member Barney Ross. Archive of items related to the feature film "PT-109" and the efforts to promote it. The most interesting item is a Bullova wristwatch (still running) given to Barney Ross as a memento of his appearance on the Tonight Show with Jack Parr. The back cover is inscribed "PT 109 Jack Paar". There is a brass PT-109 1960 campaign brooch, a very unusual PT-109 brooch stamped "Sterling", five snapshots of Benjamin Kevu (the English-speaking guide who assisted in the rescue of the crew) taken during his September 1962 visit state-side, a publicity still of Paar, Ross, Kevu and an unidentified man signed on verso by Paar (discoloration to corners), a packet of twenty-four [24] snapshots of crew members and guests during the production of the film, three comic books (one in poor condition), a Warner Brothers shooting script for "PT-109" marked "3rd Rev. Final" (tape reinforcements to edges of covers) plus a 31-page typescript of an interview given by Barney Ross relative to the sinking of PT-109 (possibly unpublished). Ross had an uncredited role as "Chief [Petty Officer] Benson" in the film. From the estate of George H. R. "Barney" Ross.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
