McKinley & Roosevelt: "Rough Riders" Riding Horse with Bryan Head Jugate. This wonderful pin was designed by Wm. H. Snyder of Canton, Ohio. It is a 1¼" celluloid manufactured by the Whitehead and Hoag Company, featuring images of McKinley and Teddy Roosevelt still in his Rough Riders outfit. They are riding a horse with Bryan's head and Donkey ears. One of the best of all the McKinley jugates. Mentioned for accuracy, it does have some light foxing on the top curl from 12:00-2:00 and is centered perhaps 15% to the right of dead center. It was good enough for the Loewenstern Collection, so that should say it all. From the Loewenstern Collection.
