    Description

    Fine 1864 Lincoln Campaign Ferrotype
Brass "gem" shell frame, with original metal back and pin. Features the familiar "$5.00 bill" pose. Listed in Hake (reversed image) as Lincoln No. 3071, but strangely unlisted by Sullivan, although it is not a rare variety. Great condition, with one minor light partial bend in the surface, and a pinhead spot at the edge at 8:30, noted strictly for accuracy. 26 x 20 mm. From the Joe Brown Collection.
