Andrew Jackson: 1834 Anti-Bank Cartoon. 14.5" x 13" [sight] lithographed cartoon titled "Set To Between Old Hickory and Bully Nick". Published by A. Imbert. Jackson is shown battling Nicholas Biddle in the boxing ring. His seconds include Martin Van Buren and Major Jack Downing. Biddle's seconds are Henry Clay and "Black Dan" Webster, as well as "Mother Bank". Each character comments appropriately on the contest. A lengthy, pro-Jackson caption appears below, describing the participants in detail, as well as the outcome.
