William Henry Harrison: Log Cabin Hard Cider Sugar Bowl. This piece of American Historical Staffordshire china was produced by Adams in 1840 and has his impressed mark on the bottom, along with the name of the design, "Log Cabin". It measures approximately 7.5" x 5" x 6" tall and is printed in black. There are two medallion portraits of "Maj. Genl. Harrison" on the lid and two on the base. Each side depicts two trappers approaching Harrison's log cabin which flies an American flag. A barrel of "Hard Cider" sits in the front yard, enticing weary travelers and likely Harrison voters. This is one of the nicer display pieces from the "Log Cabin and Hard Cider" campaign of Harrison. There is a tight hairline in the lower right corner of one side and some minor chipping on the interior lip upon which the lid rests. The lid has a tiny edge chip and two larger chips on the rim, which are invisible when the lid is in place. The overall condition is quite nice. It displays very, very well.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
