Theodore Roosevelt: Classic, Large "Gone With The Wind" Style Lamp. This scarce lamp has always been one of the most sought after of T.R. three-dimensional display items. Always on Chick Harris's "Wish List", he was only able to obtain this example several years ago, unable to resist its allure even though most of his collection had earlier been liquidated at auction! Only the second example we have ever handled, the first coincidently appearing earlier this year in the Edward C. Gillette auction. Great condition, with a wonderful display presence. Height 25".
