    Description

[Woman's Suffrage] "Votes for Women" Green Enamel Pin Enamel pins are generally more characteristic of the English suffrage movement rather than the American. There are exceptions, however, and this 2" pin with green waves and a clasp back, is one of the fortunate exceptions. In superb condition, it is not only a rare piece, but perhaps the most attractive of all the enamel pins.

We had a wonderful time in New York during the October 2013 Historical Manuscripts auction that featured my mother’s papers collected during her tenure as Martin Luther King, Jr.’s secretary. In fact, the entire experience from beginning to end has been a pleasure.
