    [Thomas Jefferson]: Report of the Committee for Certifying Electoral College Votes. 5" x 8 ¾" bifolium circular from February 6th 1801. The contents of the piece detail how electors should conduct themselves when the time comes for voting and what procedures will be carried out. There is no back cover, the piece is not bound and consists of 4 pp. Published "By order of the House of Representatives". There is some loss on the left side of the item, overall in fine condition for an item that just had its 120th birthday! Selections from the Collection of Tom Charles Huston.
