An imperial F. Gutekunst image of Ulysses S. Grant

Ulysses S. Grant Signature Framed With an Imperial F. Gutekunst Albumen. Signature on a slip of paper, 4.25" x 1.5" (sight), matted and framed beneath an oversized image of General Grant, 13.5" x 16.5". Photo studio stamp "F. Gutekunst, Philadelphia" on mount and "F. Gutekunst, Photo" in cursive script below Grant's left arm. An additional photo stamp appears on verso: "F. Gutekunst 712 Arch St. Philadelphia".
