Accompanied by an unrelated Connecticut Volunteers Requisition No. 38 form, one page, 8" x 10.25", Richmond, August 10, 1865, requesting stationary for 2nd Lieutenant Andrew F. Jones.
Condition: Tintype has minor spotting, paper framing has some toning and small areas of soiling. Requisition has light toning around edges; minor separations have occurred at mail folds. Overall fine.
