Retains brass mat and the lower half of an embossed leather covered case. 2.) 1/9th plate Tintype identified as J. Sargent, 3rd New Jersey Volunteers. Retains brass mat and the lower half of a embossed leather covered case. 3.) 1/9th plate Ambrotype of unidentified Union soldier. Retains brass mat and lower half of an embossed leather covered case. Some spotting to margins barely affecting the subject. 4.) 1/9th plate Tintype of an unidentified Union soldier. Retains brass mat and the lower half of a embossed leather covered case. 5.) 1/9th plate Ambrotype of an unidentified Union soldier. Retains brass mat. 6.) 1/6th plate Tintype of an unidentified Union soldier. Retains brass mat.
