    Early War Sixth Plate Tintype of a Federal Infantryman. Probably New York state. Wears kepi with number on front, shell jacket with standup collar and shoulder tabs. Full set of equipment with oval US belt plate and holding M1842 musket in front of him. Fine quality, bluing around the edges else excellent. No case.
