    Group of Five Early 20th Century Photographs. A group of five photographs, three of which have been made into circular or oval buttons, showing numerous African Americans from the early 1900s. Includes:

    Photograph of a Young Black Woman in Formal Wear.

    On the inside flap of the portfolio the photograph is held in is written "A Play" along with the date and place. Measuring overall 6.75" x 9.75".

    Three photographs of unidentified people, ranging in size from 2" x 2.75" to 4.75" x 6.75".
    No place, circa 1900s

    Two of the photographs are of family groups and the third is of a very small child.

    Condition: Ranging from very good to good condition. Varying amounts of wear, toning and sunning. Some cracks or chipping in places.
