    Stereoviews Picturing California Stagecoaches and Hotels. Four circa 1870 stereoviews, mounted on yellow cards, measuring 7" x 3.5", depicting various California locations. Images include: Stagecoaches going to the geysers, the Custom House in Monterey, California, the Summit Hotel near Cisco, California, and the Hutchings Hotel in Yosemite Valley. Three of the four cards are stamped on recto with the names of their respective creators "C. W. J. Johnson," "G. W. Thorne 60 Nassau St. New York," and "John P. Soule, 199 Washington Street, Boston." All in good condition with some occasional dampstaining and wear to edges of card. From the estate collection of E. F. Mueller.
