    Robert E. Lee: Memorial Cartes-de-Visite [CDVs] and Stereoviews. 1) CDV picturing the "Recumbent on the Field of Battle" statue in the Lee Chapel. M. Miley of Lexington, Virginia back mark, inscribed "Copy right secured" on the front. M. Miley blind-stamp. Some creases with two small areas of loss/abrasion along the left side. 2) CDV featuring a depiction of Lee's sarcophagus, copyrighted by Charles Quartley in 1870. Leach & Edkins of Baltimore back mark. 3) Littleton "skeleton leaves" memorial stereoview dated 1884 (light soiling). 4) Underwood & Underwood memorial stereoview dated 1904. Light soiling with wear to corners. 5) 6.25" x 4.25" cabinet card showing the "Recumbent" statue. Miley of Lexington credit. Adhesive residue on verso (covered in thin, removable plastic film to prevent contact with other items and accidental damage).
