    Confederate Cartes-de-Visite: Stephen Dill Lee, William Henry Fitzhugh Lee and Joseph Horace Lewis. Three (3) cartes including William Henry Fitzhugh Lee (1837-1891) by E. & H. T. Anthony, Joseph Horace Lewis (1824-1904) by E & H.T. Anthony; and an unmarked Stephen Dill Lee (1833-1908). Joseph Lewis organized the 6th Kentucky Infantry and fought at Shiloh (as part of the Orphan Brigade), Stone's River, Chickamauga (promoted following the death of Ben Hardin Helm), Missionary Ridge and the Atlanta Campaign. Stephen D. Lee, distantly related to the Virginia Lees, served under Beauregard at Ft. Sumter. He fought at Vicksburg, commanded the Departments of Alabama, Mississippi and East Louisiana, was promoted to Lieutenant General, participated in the Atlanta Campaign and was wounded at Nashville. W. H. F. "Rooney" Lee was Robert E. Lee's second son. He served under J. E. B. Stuart at South Mountain and commanded brigades at Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville and Brandy Station, where he suffered a severe leg wound and was captured.
