    Civil War Soldier and Friends. This lot consists of three items. They are a ninth-plate ambrotype of a seated Union soldier housed in a gutta percha case (Krainik #470 Scroll/Floral), a sixteenth-plate ambrotype of a young man housed in a thermoplastic case (Krainik #620 The Nooning) with one area of loss on the case's edge, and a nineteenth-plate tintype of a young man housed in a gutta percha case (Krainik #654 Scroll).
