    Civil War: Lot of Five Civil War Images. Including: 1.) Ninth plate tintype of a seated Union cavalry man, the crossed saber insignia easily seen on his hat. A note in the case reads "Grand father [sic] Snodgrass". Housed in the lower half of a Union case. 2.) Sixth plate tintype of two seated young soldiers. Housed in an embossed leather case. 3.) Sixth plate tintype of a seated Union cavalry man holding an 1860 cavalry sword. Housed in an embossed leather case. 4.) Quarter plate tintype of three young militiamen. Housed in a Union case. 5.) Sixth plate Ambrotype of a seated Union enlisted man. Housed in a Union case.

    Condition: 1.) Excellent condition. Missing the lid of the Union case. 2.) Very good. The case is worn with small areas of leather missing. 3.) Excellent. Top lid of case detached. 4.) Very good. 5.) Good. Some spotting to the emulsion and with a small crack in the plastic case.
