    Description

Two Abraham Lincoln Cartes de Visite. Each measures near 2.5" x 4" and features the same image taken by Mathew Brady of the president sitting at a table with an inkwell-often called the "inkwell portrait." Both are backstamped by E. & H. T. Anthony and bear some stains and soiling. One is encapsulated in Plexiglas and is trimmed at all four corners. The other is trimmed at only the top corners.
