    Carte-De-Visite Bust Portrait Of Benjamin F. Fisher 32d Penna. Inf., U. S. Signal Corps And Commissioned Brigadier General 3/13/65. Fisher enlisted in the 32d Penna. 6/18/61, was detached to the Signal Corps 6/18/61 and rose through the ranks, being commissioned Brigadier General 3/13/65. He was discharged 7/28/66. Period Ink signature on the verso "B. F. Fisher / Capt. $ Act. Chief Sig. Off. / A of P." Fisher was commissioned Major on 3/3/63 so the image obviously predates that promotion. Fine condition and an important CDV.
