    Stereoviews Picturing Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Surrounding Areas. Eleven stereoviews, circa 1875, mounted on yellow cards, each measuring 7" x 4.25". Images include: The Old San Miguel Church, a View from the Loma showing the central part of Santa Fe, a Street Scene of "Rio Chiquito" in Santa Fe, an Eastern view of the city, Pueblo cave dwellings in Rito de los Frijoles, a Street view near San Miguel Chapel in Santa Fe, Wagon Mound on the Old Santa Fe Trail, a western view of the city, a street view of the oldest house in Santa Fe, a view of Burro Alley in Santa Fe, and a view of a broad street in Santa Fe. Eight cards stamped on recto "Photographed and Published at Santa Fe, N. M. By W. Henry Brown." The remaining three cards stamped on recto "Photographed and Published by G. C. Bennett, Santa Fe, N. M." All cards backstamped with a lengthy text describing the city of Santa Fe, the native inhabitants of the area, or the experience of making the treacherous journey to this unique location.
