    Description

    Silver Print of General George B. McClellan and His Staff. 7 x 4-inches mounted on studio board to an overall size of 9 ¼ x 7-inches. This image may have been made at Upton's Hill, near Centreville, Virginia, circa August 1862. Some have attributed it to Matthew Brady.

    Condition: Very good. The image remains relatively sharp with some fading mainly along the edges. The backing board has some acid burn and bumped corners.
