    Law Enforcement: Wanted Handbills and Photo. Two "perp's" are featured in this lot. William Bartholin, wanted for killing his mother and fiancé in 1902, is pictured on a 5.5" x 8" handbill issued by the Chicago Police Department. C. Herbert Freeman, of Lockport, N.Y. was accused of forgery, and pictured on this $100 Reward Poster issued in 1890 by the Lockport district attorney. It measures 7" x 10.5" and is cut irregularly. The cabinet card used in the Freeman poster is included in the lot and was removed from an album. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg.
