DescriptionCabinet Photo, Buck Taylor Horseback. William Levi "Buck" Taylor achieved celebrity as the first "King of the Cowboys." He was 6' 6" tall and, as the publicity said, "amiable as a child." In this 1887 photograph he vividly illustrates the chivalric notion of the cowboy with spotted chaps, gauntlets, sidearm, boots and spurs, brightly embroidered shirt, flowing hair, and steed -- the very image of the Victorian era's ideal "man on horseback." The image is lightly faded on the margins. This lot is part of the Ed Goodman Collection. For more information, please visit this link.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
