    Description

Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show: Pristine Promotional Cabinet Card Featuring a Ceremonial Indian Dance. 3.5" x 5.25", mounted to a 4.25" x 6.5" backing captioned "'Buffalo Bill's Wild West'/ Cowboys - Indians - Sharpshooters/ Animals & Clowns". An incredibly vivid image of Native American dancers performing a ceremonial dance. The clarity of the image makes it possible to see the smallest detail of their clothing and ceremonial objects. The verso has a patriotic vignette featuring an American eagle holding a riband in its beak with the words "State Sovereignty" and "National Union". Though the backing is worn at the edges, the image remains in excellent condition.
