Bonnie Parker: Original Candid Snapshots. Five sepia tone photographs, thought to be unpublished, from the family of the notorious Bonnie Elizabeth Parker (1910-1934), of "Bonnie & Clyde" fame. Like her contemporary John Dillinger, she and her partner-in-crime, Clyde Barrow, perished in a police ambush. Each photo is identified on the back side in pencil. The most interesting shot shows "Bonnie", striking a seductive pose at the rear of her Ford V8 coupe. Dated 1933, it measures 3 1/4" x 5" with one bent corner and a tape stain at the bottom. A 3 1/4" x 2 1/2" image shows "Mamma/ Buster/ Bonnie/ Jean" in an outdoor setting, circa 1914. A 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" photo shows "Jean & Mom" (sister Billie Jean Parker and Emma Krause Parker) with two ranch-hands in a field. A 2 3/4" x 4 1/2" photo shows "Mother" with two unidentified man outside a house. A 3" x 4" photo shows two women, marked on verso "Sambo & Jean. Lighten up dark girl Left." (puncture between portraits with paint and ink mark-ups).
