Each man, standing shoulder to shoulder, is identified in the photograph below their respective image, in the negative. From left to right are Capt. Phillips, F. W. Albright, Levi Duncan, Ernest Daniel, C. G. Rush, and R. L. Badgett. Lightly silvered along the right edge, else fine.

    Royal G. Phillips served as captain of Company "B," Dallas, Texas, from October 1938 until February 1940 when he replaced Manuel "Lone Wolf" Gonzaullas as superintendent of the Texas Department of Public Safety Bureau of Intelligence.
