    Description

[Civil War]. Tintype and Engraving of Two Unidentified Soldiers. Two images: tintype, 3.25" x 3.75", of a seated Union soldier, wearing a seven-button sack coat, a gold ring on his little finger, with a painted camp scene as a background. The other image, a card measuring 2.5" x 4", is an engraving of an unidentified officer with a sword tucked under his arm.

Condition: Tintype is missing its front cover, else fine. Card has some damage on verso that does not affect the image.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
