Condition: Flattened folds and gently toned, being slightly darker at the folds.

    More Information:

Streeter lists this printing as 1153 in his bibliography and notes: "The certificate of stock in my collection which is apparently dated July 11, 1844... The date as late as 1844 in this certificate is puzzling. It is obviously of later date than the scrip certificates of the two previous entries as Edwards is no longer shown as Secretary." Streeter lists Lemuel Sawyer signing as Secretary, but signature is illegible and cannot be verified. The certificate we offer is undated, but likely dates to the same period as Streeter's listing.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
