    Queen Victoria "in Memoriam" cabinet card. [together with:] Her Majesty's Glorious 50 Year's Reign, 1887, printed ephemera and embossed die cut scrap. A larger variety cabinet card bearing the Queen's portrait, important dates and a short poem by Alfred Tennyson.

    Cabinet card: 6.5 x 8.625 inches (16.5 x 21.9 cm).
    Two small holes below upper edge for hanging, a barely visible 4" vertical surface scratch to left of portrait, another ¼" (.6 cm) slightly deeper to right of portrait, mild edge chipping with slight fold mark across lower left corner. Mounted to mat verso. Matted and framed to 12.5 x 14.5 inches (31.8 x 36.8 cm).

    Scrap: 8.5 x 11.25 inches (21.6 x 28.6 cm).
    Presently spot mounted to a black core mat. Text verso is faded and missing in areas of cutouts. Several mending breaks in the surrounding vines, scattered small edge chips, ¾" (1.9 cm) diagonal tear across 1837 Queen's throat. Framed under glass to 12 x 14.25 inches (30.5 x 36.2 cm).
