    North Carolina Parole Pass. One partially-printed page, 7.5" x 4.25", Greensboro, May 2, 1865, issued to "3rd Sgt. H.P. Crossman Co. B. 2nd & 8th Batt & 65th Regt Ga Vols" who has "given his solemn obligation not to take up arms against the Government of the United States until properly released from this obligation." Signed by Lt. Col. Z.L. Watters. Docketed on the verso. Weak folds show some separation. Unevenly toned.
