    The Pennsylvania Gazette January 22, 1754 Published by Benjamin Franklin. 2 pp., 9 1/4" x 15", edge roughness at left edge, separated, else fine. This pre-French and Indian War Colonial American newspaper was published by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall and contains Franklin's imprint at the bottom of the back page. This contains an inside page ad for Franklin's famous "POOR RICHARD'S ALMANAC". It also contains an inside page PROCLAMATION signed in type by JAMES DE LANCEY, then the acting Governor and Commander-in-chief of the Province of New York
