Likely disbound, with remnants of the binding at left margin resulting in tiny chips along the center vertical fold. Stored folded in quarters.

    Good content includes an essay on the front page debating the likelihood of success of the "union of these states". Two interior articles discuss the likelihood of Jefferson seeking re-election. Also, an article on Napoleon's campaign to conquer Europe, and several notices related to James Wilkinson's excursions in the Southwest.
