Contains "House Rules and a List of Members." The Pacific-Union Club was a thinly veiled vigilant group formed in 1854, later to become an exclusive gentleman's club. Membership list includes; James Flood, William R. Hurst and Henry Crocker. Publisher's binding. Light shelfwear and toning. [and:] Souvenir of the Annual Spring Exhibition of the California State Floral Society, 1902. 12mo, 30 pages. Contains poetry and period ads scattered throughout; illustrated with photographs. [and:] Adams' Improved Hydraulic Lift for Gravel Elevating, San Francisco, 1905. 18mo. 16 page promotional booklet for this hydraulic mining apparatus. Many photographs. [and:] The Water Supply of San Francisco. San Francisco: The Blair-Murdock Company (printers), circa 1911. 8vo (oblong), 62 unpaginated pages. An illustrated, promotional guide for the Spring Valley Water Company. Fold out map, 26" x 19", tipped into the rear showing properties owned by the Spring Valley Water Company, dated 1911. Printed wraps are damaged and are detaching from the textblock; repaired with tape. Despite light toning, the pages are fine.
