One page, 8.5" x 11", New York, May 10, 1933, to Louise Baker delivering the deed to the plot of Gen. di Cesnola. [and:] Diagram of Burial Plot for Gen. di Cesnola and Record of Interments. One page, 8.5" x 14", New York. [and:] Deed for the Burial Plot of Gen. di Cesnola. Four integral pages, 14.5" x 9.5", New York, June 7, 1901. With an autograph letter from the Kensico Cemetery to Gen. di Cesnola regarding the deed.

    Although he is addressed as "General," and despite the fact that his tombstone reads the same, di Cesnola's brevet commission to brigadier general was never accepted by the U. S. Senate and his permanent rank was colonel.
