Created at the  time from a full-sized H&B bat, it honors the A.L. home run leaders of the 1940's. A space was created for each title winner to autograph the bat and below his signature was stated the number of homers  he hit that year. Vern Stephens signed for 1945, and 1946 & 1948 are not filled in. But Williams has signed for 1942, 1947, 1949, and most juicy, for his epic 1941 season and his 1942 and 1947 Triple Crown years! Each signature is a clear, sharp black ink autograph, as nice as you will ever see on a bat. These are clearly original, vintage signatures, tough for Williams on any medium. One of the nicest display items we have ever had for this popular and avidly collected superstar. Please note: Due to the size and/or weight of this lot, additional shipping costs may apply.LOA from James Spence & Steve Grad/PSA DNA.
