Graham County, Arizona: Declaration of Intention to Become a U.S. Citizen. Declaration of Intention form, 8.5" x 14", in which James Colquhoun, of Graham County, Arizona Territory, declares his intention of becoming a U.S. citizen and thus renouncing all allegiance to the "Queen of Great Britain and Ireland." The upper half of the document is signed by Colquhoun and for Edward Tuttle, clerk of the District Court of the 1st Judicial District of Graham County, on July 17, 1884. The bottom part of the document, where the seal is usually affixed and clerk signs as a witness to the oath of the applicant, has not been filled in. James Colquhoun (1857-1954) was born in England, educated in Ireland and Scotland, and arrived in Clifton, Graham County, at the age of twenty-five to work at the Arizona Copper Company. From a low-level position at the company, Colquhoun rose to prominence in the American mining industry. The document has three horizontal folds, but otherwise is in good condition.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
