    U. S. Flags: Massive 38-Star Flag Supposedly Flown in the 1876 Centennial State of Colorado. 25' x 13' wool bunting flag with 38 stars arranged in a 8/7/8/7/8 row pattern on both sides of the canton. The canvas hoist has two rope cords and is marked with the size. The 38-stars were valid from August 1, 1876 to November 2, 1889. According to the consignor, this flag was flown in Colorado, the "Centennial State".

    Condition: Strong colors. Several tears and a 10" x 9" hole on the fly end. Six-to-seven repaired patches, two vertical separations/splits on hoist end where the canton is attached, a few normal, small rips. Generally in very good condition.
