    Description

Saddem Hussein: A Group Lot of 61 Coalition Propaganda Leaflets in the Style of Saddam's Bank Notes Also Used as Safe Conduct Passes by Surrendering Iraqi's. These "bills" were dropped from Air Force planes during the Gulf War. On the back, they read "The meal that Saddam gives you?" and then lists the wonderful menu by Coalition troops, concluding, "POW's are also eating with Allied Forces". They were intended to induce ill-fed Iraqi's troops to surrender, and these "notes" came to be used as safe-conduct passes held out by surrendering Iraqi's to show their intent. Each measures 6.25" x 2.75", and is in crisp condition. Great dealer lot for break-up.
