    Archive of Artifacts Related to 1st Lieutenant Milton Henry Myers (1841-1942).
    1) Slightly dark hand-tinted sixth-plate tintype of Myers in his uniform, holding a Springfield musket beneath a draped American flag. 2) 2" x 5" [overall] enamel & gold four-part G.A.R. presentation badge with silk ribbons. The drop is inscribed: "Presented to Milton H. Myers Commander Geo. H. Thomas Post No. 5 Dept. of Illinois GAR 1934-5-6-7". Also stamped "J.K.D. R.G.P." on the drop and the hanger. 3) 1.75" x 4" Gettysburg 75th Reunion badge named to "Milton H. Myers" and numbered "1831" on the verso of the drop. 4) 3.5" x 5" silver print portrait of Myers. Myers enlisted as a sergeant in Company E, 110th Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He was wounded at Cold Harbor.
