    Buffalo Bill's Wild West: A Group of Ephemera including Two "Programmes," a Courier, and a Souvenir Songbook. As follows:
    1893 Programme (Chicago) with the third variant cover, sixty-four page compendium of articles and pictures, intact but in fair to poor condition.
    1896 Programme in which the lucky spectator who paid his dime for this memento of the show noted the date and place: "Sheboygan, Wis/ August 31/ '96." The covers are torn but the contents are in very good condition.
    1911-1912 Die-Cut Courier for the "Two Bills Show" with cover portraits of Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill. Couriers (so named for the Courier printing company) were thirty-two page illustrated promotional giveaways. This one is in poor condition but is preserved in a custom-cut binder.
    Buffalo Bill "Songster" published in 1899 for sale at the show. The thirty-two page souvenir with brightly lithographed covers is filled with words and music for popular songs of the day (most of them mercifully forgotten). The wraps are loose and show light staining, but the contents are intact.

    This lot is from the collection of Bess Edwards, grand-niece of Annie Oakley, and will be accompanied by a signed letter from her authenticating this item as described. For more information, please click here.
