    Estado Libre de Coahuila y Tejas Broadside Nulling the Gubernatorial Acts of Don Miguel Ramos and Don Jose Maria Goribar. One page, 8.75" x 12.75". Monclova; April 27, 1835. A decree by the constitutional governor of the State of Coahuila and Texas voiding acts previously passed by Miguel Ramos and Jose Maria Goribar, excepting laws passed for the purpose of disposing of the public rents of the state. No explicit mention is made, but may be voiding the March 14, 1835 decree authorizing the sale of 400 sitios, which would have further promoted colonization. (Streeter # 833 printed April 25, 1835.) Signed in type at end by Agustin Viesca and J. Mariano Irala.

    Condition:
    Dampstaining, and soiling. Paper loss at wide bottom margin, not affecting any text. Extensive notes in pencil by a previous collector in margins.
